We are always here to answer your questions
Where are parts produced?
All parts are produced domestically in Austin, Texas and shipped tariff-free within the U.S.
What makes this different from traditional foundries?
We eliminate tooling and minimum order constraints by using Digital Metal Casting to 3D print ceramic molds, enabling unparalleled geometric freedom. This also allows faster lead times, lower upfront costs, and greater flexibility.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We support single prototypes through to production volumes — without traditional tooling commitments.
How quickly can I receive parts?
Lead times depend on geometry and quantity, but our process significantly reduces the time typically associated with tooling and overseas sourcing. We can deliver castings within a week.
What alloys do you offer?
We offer an ever expanding range of alloys suitable for production applications. Contact us for a full list and recommendations based on your use case.
Aluminum
Zinc
Brass
Stainless Steel
Copper
Nickel
What tolerances can you achieve?
Tolerances depend on part geometry and alloy. We review each CAD file and provide guidance during quoting to ensure manufacturability. We typically hold +/- 0.1mm/100mm.
How does Digital Metal Casting work?
We 3D print a precision ceramic mold directly from your CAD file, then cast the part in your selected alloy. This removes the need for permanent tooling while maintaining production-grade quality.
Can I bring Digital Metal Casting in house?
